How to enrol on a programme

Here we explain the procedure for enrolling with CIDBT and, where appropriate, Middlesex University. (For a CIPBC Pet course just click the Enrol button on the relevant course page.)

If you wish to do a BA(Hons) Degree

• Check whether you need to do CFBA4110
• If you need to do that, enrol on it.
• If you don't, check with a Programme Advisor whether you may be able to get credits for prior experience or qualifications
• Contact the registrar if you have any questions about the topic.
• A Programme Advisor will contact you during the programme to discuss when you should enrol with the University at a later stage

If you wish to do an HE Cert or CFBA Cert

• Check whether you need to do any required first module (eg CFBA4110)
• Enrol on that if necessary
• If not, choose which module you'd like to start with and enrol on that
• Contact the registrar if you have any questions about the topic.
• A Programme Advisor will contact you during the programme to discuss when you should enrol with the University at a later stage

If you wish to do just a single module or a non-accredited Pet Care course

• Check that you meet any minimum requirements for it
• If you meet them, enrol on it.
• Contact us if you have any questions about the topic.

For all modules with Level 4/5 Credits

Enrolling with Middlesex University will be necessary to obtain credits for modules you have passed and to do the WBS modules required in each programme. This can be done at any stage of the programme but it is recommended that you consult with a Programme Advisor during your first year and plan when to do the WBS modules.

Finance England may provide a grant to cover some of your module costs. Eligibility depends on your personal circumstances. You may also be entitled to a grant from an employer, trade body or various student support organisations in your area. Click here for more information.

For all CFBA and Pet Care enrolments

Enrol on your first CFBA module (as advised by CIDBT) and pay the CFBA fee. This will include agreeing to the CIDBT terms and conditions. You will find an Enrol button on each CFBA module or Pet Care course page. Click that to start the process.
