What happens when you book a course?

Payment by PayPal or Google checkout

You will receive receipt of your payment via PayPal or Google Checkout.

Your course tutor is then sent your details

Within 21 days you receive your course Welcome Pack from your tutor via e-mail.

You must then contact your course tutor via e-mail as per in the welcome pack instructions to state that you have received your pack and started the course. This is mandatory.

Your module course work despatch and content from the CIDBT:

All CIDBT courses and materials are sent by e-mail in word documents and or PDF’s. This is the most sensible and environmentally conscious way of reducing paper use and course costs. Returned work should be in a word type file that can be opened/viewed and marked by your tutor.

If you wish to have a course sent by post this may incur a special additional charge though in some circumstances. (i.e. if you don't have access to a computer) this may not be applied. You must make the postal request when the tutor FIRST contacts you by e mail at the course beginning indicated by the tutors first welcome e mail to you. All overseas students will receive course work by e-mail only.

Payment by cheque

On clearance of your cheque you will receive an e-mail receipt from the CIDBT

Your tutor is sent your details

You receive a welcome pack and phase 1 of your course from your course tutor within 21 days via e-mail

You must then contact your course tutor via e-mail as per in the welcome pack instructions to state that you have received your pack and started the course. This is mandatory.

If you do not receive any communications within 14 days you should immediately advise the CIDBT by letter or e-mail of this fact, so that they can resolve the matter quickly.
