MODULE NO. CFBA2003

Dog on person aggression

This can be the most serious and exacting problem dog behaviour to assess and handle. The law relating to dogs is ever changing and the public view of dogs who display aggression is becoming increasingly intolerant. Working with these dogs requires extreme skill and a very broad knowledge of canine and human behaviour. This course is designed to guide you through the complex forms of dog to person aggression and, most importantly, ways to alter this behaviour and reform a dog's view of people. Watch interviews with clients whose dogs display aggression to people.

This is a work-based programme that includes a 2-day residential workshop which is a core element of the module.
