Telephone contact and queuing system

Our enquiry calls average between 30 to 40 minutes so the line may be engaged, which we realise can be frustrating for you. If this is the case you can provide your telephone number (we do not call mobiles) for a return call. We are usually able to do so on the same day but do allow two clear working days for us to contact you. REMEMBER TO TYPE YOUR TELEPHONE LANDLINE NUMBER where indicated.

We endeavour to reply to all letters of enquiry within 14 days of receipt.

Your e-mail enquiry

The most common contact we receive is via this method and we endeavour to respond to all e-mails within 3 working days. 90% are replied to within one day.
