Dr David Sands PhD FCFBA is an internationally-established freelance writer and photographer with degree experience in zoology, human psychology and a doctoral degree in ethology (animal psychology) gained at Liverpool University.

He is recognised as an established expert in animal behaviour and pet-media specialising in human-animal relationships and has been featured in several UK television programs: Fancy Fish, Fish People, Potty About Pets, Pet Rescue, Absolutely Animals, BBC 999 Rescue, Anglia Survival ‘To The Ends of the Earth’, Amazon 2000, Pet Therapy Now.com, The Pet Set series, Britain’s Worst Pet’ and Animal Planet.
